Beautiful apartment, fantastic facilities and lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Comfiest beds I've ever had the pleasure to sleep in when not at home. Great location, apx 25 mins walk to Amsterdam centre, although the bus stop is only 5 mins walk.

The accomodations are beautiful. We loved the large living space. Having a full kitchen is wonderful also.
Instructions in English for washer-dryer and coffee maker would be helpful. A concierge to help with travel questions would be most helpful. If we didn't have a cell phone we would have been totally out of contact with you. The kitchen was beautiful, but needed more cooking utinsils. Some storage containers for leftovers and a strainer for pasta would be helpful. Written instructions in English on lights. We understood the computer system, but it took a bit to understand the light switches.

Stylish apartment with super-equipped kitchen in residential neighbourhood. Good bus and tram connections from the centre and main railway station; bakery, supermarket and lively Joordaan nearby. Nice walk to the centre. Excellent for 4 persons.
Some large mirrors in the bedrooms would make the apartment just perfect.

The apartment was beautiful and high tech. It is located in a residential area and is a short walk from grocery, beverage store, and several restaurants. After gaining confidence on the public transit the whole city opened up to us! The beds were very comfortable and the building was very quiet.
It came with too few towels and only one key. The listing says "canal view" however, there is no view. The apartment is located 50 feet from the canal, but trees and house boats completely block it. Staff gave good instructions, however, if we had any questions I was forced to send a text message to our contact (which is quite a bother if your "home" cell phone is not in the netherlands). The price was fair as compared to other properties but not the "great deal" I usually expect from Booked.net

The apartment was very modern, clean, spacious and had high quality furniture and appliances. The location was pretty good... About a 15 minute walk to the Anne Frank House.
Like the other family that wrote a review on 13 April... We found the welcome hostess to have limited knowledge of the apartment and area. However, the manager, Peter, was extremely knowledgeable about the apartment and helped us work through issues with the tv etc... Our biggest complaint was the fact that we were charged for an extra bed for 6 nights (390 Euros) but did not ever receive an extra bed. Our oldest daughter slept on the sofa bed (we have never been charged for using a sofa bed) in the Living room which was adequate and worked out fine... But we did not expect to be charged for an extra bed that was not provided... The reviewers on 13 April complained about 65 Euro/night for a foam bed, but we did not even get that, so we cannot recommend.

The apartment was beautifully fitted out and a lot of consideration has been given to the guest. The terraces are lovely and sunny at different times of the day.
There's nothing to dislike.

I found the apartment to be far from the city. The welcome person knows very little about the flat and the area. We couldn't find any easy routes to transportation ot restaurants. For the money , very little was provided. We paid an exta 130 euros for an extra person/ bed and it was a foam mat on the floor. No late check out , few towels , no shampoo/ soap. I wouldn't return. Not good value for the money at all.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable -- very high tech appliances (loved the espresso maker!), everything was very clean, airy and pleasant. Owner and hostess were helpful and responsive. It was nice to be away from crowded tourist areas yet within walking distance of everything.
As a self catering apartment, we expect to provide most of our own supplies, but it would be nice to provide bottles of hand soap near sinks.

Nothing, hated it
Everything, especially when they tried ripping me off, with some bullshit story.
